Our services

Home Group operates through three key business areas;

• Customers and communities – delivering services to customers in rented, shared ownership, leasehold and supported markets.

• Care – the design and development of integrated health and care services.

• Development – building homes for outright sale, affordable housing and supported housing.

The delivery of these services is assisted by support services which provide asset management, risk and assurance, compliance, health & safety, communications, marketing, strategy, business development, finance, human resources, company secretary, information systems, legal services and procurement.

Operating Efficiently at a Regional Level:

Home Group aims to streamline their operations to ensure efficiency across all regions. This involves optimizing processes and resources to deliver better services to customers 1.

A High-Performing and Efficient Repairs and Maintenance Function:

• The organisation is prioritizing the improvement of their repairs and maintenance services. This includes addressing customer service pressures and ensuring that workers are adequately trained to handle various situations they encounter


A Clear Asset Management Strategy and Asset Function:

• Home Group is focusing on developing a robust asset management strategy. This involves shaping the future of their properties, driving sustainability, and leading investment strategies to keep customers safe and satisfied

Data and Reporting:

• The organisation is emphasising the importance of data in driving business priorities. They aim to establish a dedicated performance team to control systems, data production, and reporting, ensuring accurate and meaningful insights

•  These priorities are designed to ensure that Home Group continues to deliver high-quality services, maintain financial stability, and adapt to the changing needs of their customers and the broader housing market.
